Job Purpose:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual designs that reflect
Orange’s identity and enhance the visibility of its projects and campaigns. The designer will
produce both digital and print materials for communication, awareness, and social media,
ensuring alignment with Orange’s visual identity and donor branding requirements.
Duties, and competencies:
• Design visual materials (posters, brochures, infographics, reports, presentations,
signage, etc.) in line with Orange’s visual identity.
• Produce attractive, modern designs for social media content and digital campaigns.
• Support humanitarian campaigns through innovative design concepts and visuals.
• Ensure that all designs comply with Orange’s brand guidelines and donor visibility
standards.
• Create visuals for events, workshops, conferences, and donor visits.
• Collaborate closely with the Media team (photographers, video editors, and content
writers) to produce cohesive visual content.
• Design graphics for Reels and short-form videos to support social media storytelling.
• Archive and organize design files systematically for easy access and reference.
• Contribute new ideas to improve visual quality and communication effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all design outputs.
Requirements (essential):
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, or any relevant field (or equivalent practical
experience)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within
humanitarian or nonprofit organizations
• Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with
After Effects or Premiere Pro is an asset.
o Good knowledge of printing standards and advertising production.
o Experience designing for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
etc.).
o Creativity, precision, and strong attention to detail.
o Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Language: Native Arabic speaker.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• IT Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and media production tools (Proficient in using
essential design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, with a good
understanding of After Effects).
