General Description of the Organization:

 

Orange is a non-governmental civil society organization devoted to alleviating the suffering and improving the sustainability mechanisms of the conflict-affected population. Since its establishment, Orange partners directly with affected Syrian populations delivering programmes spanning sectors, including humanitarian and development programmes, in the Early Recovery, Food Security, Agriculture, Livelihoods, Education, and Protection, in addition to long term impact interventions focusing on the economic empowerment and the local value chains improvements to enable targeted communities to improve their living practices and their sustainable mechanisms.  Orange collaborates with variety of national and international non-governmental organizations, as well as local initiatives to adopt community-based approach that leads to improve the response’s impact to the humanitarian crisis and provides sustainable and alternative solutions.

 

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and logistics support to ensure efficient daily operations of the office and the logistics department, including documentation, coordination of transport, asset tracking, procurement assistance, and office support functions.


Key Responsibilities:

· Support logistics and procurement teams with administrative documentation and archiving.

· Track and organize transport movements and vehicle usage logs.

· Assist in procurement documentation preparation and follow-up with suppliers.

· Ensure proper filing of finance and logistics records.

· Monitor office supplies and support procurement of needed materials.

· Coordinate internal movements and guest accommodation logistics.

· Maintain asset tracking records and update inventory lists.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or administration (preferably with NGOs).

· Fluency in Arabic and English (Turkish is an asset).

· Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· High attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

الغرض من الوظيفة: 

تقديم الدعم الإداري واللوجستي لضمان سير العمليات اليومية للمكتب وقسم اللوجستيات بكفاءة، بما يشمل التوثيق، تنسيق وسائل النقل، تتبع الأصول، المساعدة في عمليات الشراء، ودعم وظائف المكتب المختلفة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

· دعم فريقي اللوجستيات والمشتريات من خلال التوثيق الإداري وأرشفة المستندات.

· تتبع وتنظيم تحركات النقل وسجلات استخدام المركبات.

· المساعدة في إعداد مستندات الشراء ومتابعة الموردين.

· التأكد من حفظ سجلات المالية واللوجستيات بشكل صحيح ومنظم.

· مراقبة لوازم المكتب ودعم عملية شراء المواد المطلوبة.

· تنسيق التحركات الداخلية وترتيبات إقامة الضيوف.

· الحفاظ على سجلات تتبع الأصول وتحديث قوائم الجرد.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

· شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.

· خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجالات اللوجستيات أو المشتريات أو الإدارة (ويُفضل في منظمات غير حكومية).

· إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (اللغة التركية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).

· مهارات قوية في استخدام الحاسوب (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· دقة عالية، وتنظيم جيد، والعمل بروح الفريق.
